I am a 46-yr old woman and well on my way to type II diabetes. The same one hundred pounds has gone on and come off several times in the last 30 years. I am interested in this blog because I feel discriminated against, and I am. At the same time, my health is becoming a pressing issue that only being "healthier" in my choices can address. And my self-image sucks. I hope to learn something from the Big Fat Blog.
